Orange County After School Enrichment Programs for Schools

Music & Arts Programs Aligned with ELOP, CCSPP, and Prop 28 Funding Requirements

What is ELOP?

ELOP, or the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, is a California state-funded initiative that provides students with enriching experiences during and after the regular school day. As an after school music ELOP program provider, we specialize in bringing music and arts-based learning to life outside of traditional classroom hours.

Focused on music and the arts, ELOP after school music programs give students the opportunity to explore creative activities, build new skills, and discover their passions in a supportive and engaging environment.

By partnering with schools and local organizations—including those in Orange County—we deliver high-quality after school music programs that help students express themselves, boost their confidence, and support their academic and personal development. These programs not only enhance learning but also foster meaningful connections within the community while expanding each student’s creative horizons.

Meet After School Music Academy’s Founder

David is currently the Director of Instrumental Music at The College Preparatory School in Oakland, which is consistently ranked among the top 10 private high schools in the U.S.

In 2015, David created After School Music Academy after witnessing a need for more music education in the after-school enrichment space. By serving California’s schools through this shortage, David uniquely understands the challenges school districts face to onboard quality music and arts enrichment programs. In the last decade, ASMA has grown to serve thousands of students each week.
